HR.com’s HR Research Institute has announced its 2027 Talent Acquisition Advisory Board and assembled a diverse group of experienced HR and talent acquisition (TA) professionals who will provide guidance for upcoming research and a virtual event focused on the evolving talent acquisition landscape.
The research will examine how organizations assess the effectiveness of their talent acquisition functions, the challenges they encounter, and the strategies, technologies, tools, and metrics they rely on to attract and hire talent. It will also explore how today’s technology impacts the candidate and recruiter experience.

Looking ahead, the research will examine evolving hiring needs, TA priorities, automation, and emerging technologies, while identifying practices linked to stronger outcomes. These insights will also shape a corresponding virtual event in the new year, offered free to the HR community.
