The 14th General Meeting of Shareholders of Zug Estates Holding Ltd, held at the Theater Casino Zug, saw 220 shareholders representing 81.3% of voting shares approve all proposals by the Board of Directors. The meeting confirmed a total distribution of CHF 25.0 million to shareholders for the 2025 financial year, with an ordinary gross dividend of CHF 4.90 per series A registered share and CHF 49.00 per series B registered share. After deducting 35% Swiss withholding tax, the net dividend amounts to CHF 3.19 per series A share and CHF 31.85 per series B share, payable on 14 April 2026.
All Board members nominated for re-election were confirmed for another one-year term, with Beat Schwab continuing as Chairman. Johannes Stockli and Joelle Zimmerli were re-elected to the Nomination and Compensation Committee. In a consultative vote, shareholders approved the Compensation Report and the compensation for Board members and Group Management.
A key development was the approval of an amendment to the Articles of Association, introducing a capital band to make the company's capital structure more flexible. This move allows Zug Estates to adjust its equity base more efficiently in response to future opportunities or challenges.
