The Georgia Latino Film Alliance (GALFA) has announced that Yalitza Aparicio, the Academy Award-nominated Mexican actress, will receive the Georgia Latino Film Alliance Icon Award at the 15th Annual Georgia Latino International Film Festival (GALIFF XV). The festival will take place from September 30 through October 4, 2026, at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia.
