Western Star Resources Engages Dahrouge Geological Consulting to Advance Tungsten Assets

Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (FRA: 4K2) announced that Dahrouge Geological Consulting has joined its technical team to assist in evaluating and exploring the company's past-producing tungsten assets across Nevada and New Mexico. The engagement marks a significant step toward advancing these critical mineral properties.

Dahrouge, a North American mineral exploration consulting group with offices in Edmonton, Montreal, and Denver, will focus initially on the Past Producing Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico. The team is reviewing and analyzing technical data to define drill targets across known surface mineralization and consolidate all information into a comprehensive technical model. This work will support the development of a drill program targeting the historical non-compliant resource, with the goal of moving toward a mineral resource estimate (MRE) after the initial maiden drill program in 2026.

Blake Morgan, CEO of Western Star Resources, stated: "We are thrilled to have added Dahrouge to our existing geological team as we continue to advance our Past Producing Tungsten Assets. Dahrouge has been reviewing and analyzing the technical data at the Past Producing Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico in order to define drill targets." He added that the board will provide further updates to the market as soon as possible.

Jacob Anderson, Certified Professional Geologist at Dahrouge Consulting, commented: "We are excited to work closely with the geological team at Western Star Resources in order to gain a better understanding of the geology and mineralization of Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico. Dahrouge will work aggressively to advance the understanding of Eagle Point's resource potential, while helping to de-risk and expand the Mineral Resource of the project."

The collaboration underscores the growing importance of domestic critical mineral supply, particularly tungsten, which is essential for various industrial and defense applications. Western Star is positioning itself as a key player in revitalizing North America's tungsten supply chain, and this partnership with Dahrouge is expected to accelerate progress toward defining and developing its assets.
