We Lend, a private real estate lender active in New York and New Jersey, has launched a Wholesale Property Marketplace that connects property wholesalers directly with a network of more than 100,000 real estate investors, buyers, and professionals. The platform addresses a persistent friction point in wholesale transactions: the gap between a property going under contract and a buyer who can close with certainty.
The marketplace operates as a deal-to-capital connection layer. Wholesalers submit properties to We Lend, where listings are reviewed and validated by the lending team before going live. Once approved, properties are visible to the full investor audience, with financing infrastructure already in place. Buyers can pursue deals knowing capital is available through We Lend’s credit lines, eliminating the financing uncertainty that often delays or derails transactions. Current inventory is concentrated in New York and New Jersey, with most properties priced above $300,000, and the platform is open to investors of all experience levels.
Wholesale real estate transactions depend on a buyer pool that can act quickly and with certainty. In the current market, where distressed inventory from maturing loans, stalled construction, and rent-stabilized assets generates motivated seller opportunities, deal velocity is a competitive advantage. Ruben Izgelov, CEO and Co-Founder of We Lend, stated, “One of the key successes at We Lend is connecting a wholesaler to one of our real estate investors who are always looking for properties. What we have done is put that together through a marketplace where we are asking our wholesalers to enter the properties they have, and then bringing our investor network to that marketplace for them to start searching and buying these properties.”
Unlike general listing platforms, We Lend’s marketplace embeds the lending function at the point of listing. Properties are reviewed for eligibility before going live, meaning buyers see inventory that has passed a basic credit review. This reduces late-stage financing failures that commonly cause deals to fall apart. We Lend has funded over 1,400 loans totaling more than $700 million in originations across New York and New Jersey. The company’s capital stack, including a credit line with Webster Bank (merging with Santander Bank), supports lending capacity for platform transactions.
The platform serves both experienced and emerging investors. For established operators, the value is deal access and execution speed. For newer investors, it provides visibility into live wholesale inventory alongside financing infrastructure. The company views the educational dimension as a meaningful aspect of the platform’s utility. Wholesalers and investors can submit properties or connect with the We Lend team through existing channels as the company expands its partner network and buyer community.
