Wacker Neuson SE announced a change in its Executive Board, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Christoph Burkhard will step down by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after more than five years of service. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions to the sustainable development of the company's structures and organization.

Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the role of CFO effective September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and has held various leadership positions, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America. The appointment of an internal candidate with extensive international experience underscores the company's commitment to continuity and leadership development.

This leadership transition comes at a time when Wacker Neuson Group continues to strengthen its position as a leading manufacturer of light and compact equipment.
