Cari McGee, a Tri-Cities real estate agent with RE/MAX Northwest, has been ranked 43rd among all Washington state agents in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings. The recognition is based on her verified 2025 performance: 52 transactions totaling $26.34 million in sales volume. This marks the second consecutive year McGee has earned a spot on the prestigious list, which ranks top-producing agents nationally.
According to the rankings, McGee is the #3 individual agent in the Tri-Cities area by transaction count and the #163 agent in Washington by sales volume. The achievement is particularly notable given that Tri-Cities home prices are among the lowest in any major metro area in the state. McGee’s sales volume also placed her third among individual agents in the Tri-Cities. Nationally, she ranks among the top 1.5% of agents.
