Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) has announced the completion of its maiden drill program at the Swan Zone, within its 100%-owned Atsutla Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia. This marks a pivotal moment for the company as it tests a copper-gold-silver porphyry target that has been defined by coincident geochemical and geophysical anomalies.
The Swan Zone is a Cu-Au-Ag porphyry target identified through a 1.5 km x 1.5 km multi-element soil geochemical anomaly, which is coincident with a 2.1 km x 1.4 km chargeability anomaly. The completed diamond drill program consisted of two holes totalling 801.00 metres, testing a strike length of 1,000 m and a vertical extent of 395 m. This initial testing is crucial for understanding the mineralized system's extent and grade.
The drilling at the Swan Zone was part of a larger program that also targeted the Highlands Zone, a high-grade vein-hosted gold target located 26 km away. The Highlands Zone is hosted in the Jurassic Christmas Creek batholith, while the Swan Zone is in the Cretaceous Glundebery batholith, indicating distinct geological environments. The preceding drill program at the Highlands Zone comprised four holes totalling 883.40 metres, testing a strike length of 500 m and a vertical extent of 412 m.
A total of 1,000 drill core samples, including standard reference material and blanks, were submitted to Bureau Veritas' prep lab in Whitehorse, YT. Assay results are pending and will be released following compilation and data verification. These results will be eagerly awaited as they will provide the first subsurface data for these targets.

The Atsutla Gold Project is centered over the regional-scale Teslin-Thibert fault system, marking the contact between the Quesnel and Cache Creek terranes. Gold mineralization is associated with two distinct Mesozoic batholitic intrusions. Since discovery in 2020, Trailbreaker has outlined five significant zones of gold mineralization across a 26 km span: Highlands, Christmas Creek, Snook, Willie Jack, and Swan. The Swan Zone stands out as a porphyry target with rock grab samples grading up to 11.7 g/t Au, 212 g/t Ag, and 0.81% Cu.
The completion of this drilling is a significant step for Trailbreaker as it advances its exploration efforts in a mining-friendly jurisdiction.
