U.S. Term Limits, the nation's largest grassroots term limits advocacy organization, announced today that Terrell A. Williams has agreed to serve as Delaware State Co-Chair for the group. Williams, a federal civil service professional, civil rights advocate, legal scholar, educator, and military veteran, will help lead the push to enact term limits on members of Congress and restore accountability in Washington, D.C.

Williams currently serves with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, where he works to protect civil rights through enforcement of federal laws and constitutional safeguards. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln University and Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, helping prepare future legal professionals. A Delaware resident for more than a decade, he earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Social Relations from Cheyney University. He is a proud veteran who served in the United States Army and the Pennsylvania National Guard.
