Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO), a company focused on acquiring and developing high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries, announced that it will be added to the Russell Microcap® Index, effective after the U.S. market closes on June 28, 2026, as part of the annual Russell indexes reconstitution. This inclusion underscores the company's growth and commitment to shareholder value.
Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which is maintained for one year, automatically qualifies the company for inclusion in the corresponding growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines index membership based on objective market-capitalization rankings and style attributes. The Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies, with approximately $9 trillion in assets benchmarked against them.
"We are honored to be joining the Russell Microcap Index," stated Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management Holding Corporation. "This is a testament to the hard work of our team in building a company that offers a strong growth trajectory as well as over a year of dividend payments to our shareholders. We believe the remaining months of 2026 and throughout 2027 will be monumental years for the Company as we evaluate several high-impact investment opportunities, while at the same time seeking selective realizations of current investments that will generate additional cash flow for continued shareholder growth."
Sauve also highlighted the progress of ReElement Technologies, a portfolio company, noting its rapid expansion at the Marion, Indiana facility. "This will make Royalty Management one of the only, if not the only, companies that derive cash flow for investors from the rare earth and critical mineral refining industry," he added.
The inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index is expected to increase the company's visibility among institutional investors and potentially broaden its shareholder base. As of the announcement, Royalty Management has demonstrated a track record of dividend payments and is actively pursuing investment opportunities that aim to enhance long-term shareholder value. The company's model focuses on acquiring and structuring cash flow streams around assets that support communities while monetizing existing cash flows and identifying transitional opportunities.
