Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) has announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, revealing a 38% increase in revenue and a return to profitability. The company reported revenue of approximately $1.83 million for the quarter, up from $1.33 million in the same period last year, and generated net income of about $375,000, compared with a net loss of approximately $50,000 in the prior-year quarter.
The growth was primarily driven by the company's environmental services operations, which contributed approximately $3.42 million in revenue for the first half of 2026, a significant increase from $2.20 million in the same period of 2025. This segment also generated about $216,000 in operating income during the first half. The company's total revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, increased by approximately 54% to $3.47 million, compared with $2.25 million in the prior year.
Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management, attributed the strong performance to the scalability of the company's platform and the strength of its environmental services business. "Revenue grew approximately 38% during the quarter and more than 54% during the first half of the year," Sauve said. "We believe Royalty Management is still in the early stages of realizing the value of its portfolio."
The company also highlighted initial royalties from its intellectual property development investment in ReElement Technologies Corp., a refiner of critical minerals and rare earth elements. "Our work to assist them to develop new technologies around mineral refining has started to bear fruit, as we have begun seeing initial royalties from this intellectual property paid to Royalty Management in the second quarter," Sauve added. "We expect these revenues to only increase from here."
As of June 30, 2026, the company reported total assets of approximately $16.82 million and positive working capital of about $646,000. Royalty Management also continued its quarterly common-stock dividend of $0.0025 per share, consistent with its annual dividend rate of $0.01 per common share.
The company noted that its second-quarter net income included a non-cash gain of approximately $420,000 related to the quarterly fair-value adjustment of its warrant liability. This accounting adjustment, tied to changes in the market price of its common stock, may cause fluctuations in reported net income between periods.
Royalty Management's environmental services business remains its principal revenue contributor, providing a foundation of revenue and operating cash generation to support the expansion of its royalty and investment portfolio. The company's complete unaudited financial statements are available in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
