ResProp Management has entered into an agreement with DevCo Residential Group, a multifamily developer and investment team specializing in affordable housing, to manage eight communities across Texas. The portfolio includes properties in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, representing a significant expansion of ResProp's affordable housing management platform in the state.
The newly transitioned communities are Rosemont of Lancaster, The Mondello, Rosemont at Ash Creek, and The Positano in Dallas; Brookside Gardens and Park at Humble in Houston; and Costa Almadena and Tigoni Villas in San Antonio. All eight properties provide affordable housing opportunities for eligible applicants.
Luke Leins, Senior Vice President of Business Development at ResProp Management, emphasized the importance of specialized management for affordable housing.
