In the race to acquire new customers, many companies inadvertently neglect the ones they already have, often until it's too late. A new tool from Sighub aims to change that by helping teams identify at-risk accounts before renewal opportunities slip away. The company announced the launch of Renewal Radar, an app designed to work directly within HubSpot, on August 20, 2026.
The core issue, according to Sighub, is that while sales teams have extensive processes for winning new business—complete with pipelines, forecasts, and follow-up sequences—the same level of attention is rarely given to existing customers post-signing. In HubSpot, renewal dates and customer activity can be scattered across deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, custom objects, and other CRM records. This fragmentation often means that while the data is present, it's not effectively utilized, leading to missed opportunities to engage with customers at critical moments.
"Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed," said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. "Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it."
Renewal Radar operates as a lightweight layer on top of HubSpot, eliminating the need for teams to migrate data to a separate customer success platform. Instead, it scans customer accounts within HubSpot, identifies the strongest available renewal signal, and checks whether recent activity indicates the customer is already receiving attention. When signals suggest a customer may be slipping through the cracks, the app surfaces the account, allowing the responsible team to take action.
The app monitors renewal information across multiple HubSpot sources while factoring in recent customer activity. When an account requires attention, Renewal Radar can create a focused task for the team and automatically resolve the alert once the situation is addressed. This proactive approach is particularly aimed at Customer Success and RevOps teams that already manage customers in HubSpot but want to avoid the complexity and cost of implementing a separate enterprise customer success platform.
The launch of Renewal Radar comes at a time when customer retention is increasingly recognized as a critical driver of long-term revenue. For companies focused heavily on growth, the uncomfortable question is not only how many new customers are being won, but whether the customers they already fought to win still feel like somebody is paying attention.
Renewal Radar is now available for HubSpot users through Sighub and the HubSpot App Marketplace. More information can be found on sighub.io.
