The summer collection adds to the bakery's seasonal offerings, which have been a staple since the business first opened in 2007. The entire cake menu remains free from eggs and nuts, a commitment that founder Rashmi Chugh emphasizes is not a compromise. "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," Chugh said. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
The Coconut Truffle cake layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre, while Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff combines vanilla sponge with Biscoff cream and homemade strawberry compote, topped with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. Each flavour is also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
