She applies Navalny's "duck test" logic: if someone destroys independent media, organizes political assassinations, and sticks to imperial delusions, they are a dictator. Graham argues Trump exhibits similar traits, citing politically motivated lawsuits, deaths in containment camps, and illegal military decisions that have killed over 100 in Venezuela and Iran.
