Praxis Investment Management™, a faith-based investment manager and company of Everence®, has released its annual impact report, the Real Impact Report 2025. The sixth edition of the report provides facts, figures, stories, and examples demonstrating how stewardship investing creates tangible real-world impact. It also includes an excerpt from the firm's research on faith-based investing published earlier last year.
In the report's introduction, Praxis President Chad Horning, CFA®, emphasized the importance of leveraging multiple impact strategies. 'More than ever, we think it's important to leverage as many impact strategies as possible,' Horning wrote. 'Our work in advocacy and education, corporate engagement and proxy voting help deliver change at a global level. At the same time, we touch specific communities through our impact bond and community investing strategies.'
The report is organized around the seven distinct impact strategies of the Praxis ImpactX framework. These include Values + Risk Screening, which excludes 3.8-23.4% of companies in stock indices; Proxy Voting, where Praxis voted on nearly 18,000 proposals in 2025; and Sustainability Integration, which invests in companies that better represent core values. Other strategies are Positive Impact Bonds (35% of holdings in the Praxis Impact Bond Fund were in socially or environmentally targeted impact bonds as of Dec. 31, 2025), Company Engagement (over 20 companies engaged on issues from human rights to Creation care), Advocacy and Education (including participation in Freedom to Investment), and Community Development Investing (more than $25.8 million invested through partners Calvert Impact and Capital Impact Partners as of December 2025).
Mark Regier, Vice President of Stewardship Investing, noted that 2025 was a significant year for Praxis, with the launch of its first two ETFs and research confirming that investors want to align faith with values.
