Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon. The acquisition adds approximately 60 employees to PPR's workforce and extends its service footprint across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
Evergreen Roofing, based in Eugene and founded in 1989 by Curtis Large, has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions—including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance—for over 35 years. The company will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.
