Partners Group Shareholders Approve All Proposals at 2026 AGM, Including CHF 46 Dividend

Partners Group Holding AG announced that all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors were approved by shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today in Baar-Zug, Switzerland. The approvals cover financial and non-financial reporting, dividend distribution, discharge of board and executive team, compensation, and board elections, reflecting widespread support for the firm's governance and strategy.

Shareholders approved the 2025 Annual Report, including the management report, consolidated financial statements, and standalone financial statements. The non-financial report (Sustainability Report) for 2025 was also approved, highlighting Partners Group's commitment to transparency in environmental, social, and governance matters. These reports provide a comprehensive view of the firm's performance and its approach to sustainable investing.

A key outcome was the approval of a cash dividend of CHF 46.00 per share for the fiscal year 2025. The net dividend, after a 35% Swiss withholding tax, will be paid on 27 May 2026, with shares trading ex-dividend from 22 May 2026. This dividend underscores the firm's strong cash generation and commitment to returning value to shareholders. For more details on dividend policy, visit www.partnersgroup.com/AGM.

Shareholders granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and Executive Team from liability for their activities in the 2025 fiscal year, indicating satisfaction with their stewardship. The 2025 Compensation Report was also approved in a consultative vote, and all compensation-related agenda items, including budgets for the Board and Executive Team, received shareholder endorsement.

In board elections, shareholders reconfirmed Steffen Meister as Executive Chairman and re-elected all other Board members for a one-year term ending at the next ordinary AGM in 2027. Gaelle Olivier will continue as Lead Independent Director. Additionally, Flora Zhao, Anne Lester, and Gaelle Olivier were re-elected to the Nomination & Compensation Committee, with Flora Zhao confirmed as its Chairwoman. This continuity in leadership provides stability and strategic direction for the firm, which manages over USD 185 billion in assets globally.

Other approvals include the re-election of HotzGoldmann Advokatur/Notariat as independent proxy and PricewaterhouseCoopers AG as statutory auditors. A detailed voting results overview will be available soon at www.partnersgroup.com/AGM. These decisions reinforce Partners Group's robust governance framework, which is critical for maintaining investor trust and supporting its differentiated culture and operationally oriented investment approach across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, royalties, and special opportunities.
