North Atlantic Titanium Uplists to OTCQB and Receives DTC Eligibility

North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE: NATO) (OTCQB: NATQF) (FSE: Y33) announced that its common shares have been approved for uplisting from the OTCPK to the OTCQB Venture Market, effective June 24, 2026. The Company also received Depository Trust Company (DTC) eligibility, simplifying electronic trading and settlement for U.S. investors.

The OTCQB is a premier trading platform for emerging companies, requiring stringent financial and regulatory standards. This uplisting provides greater visibility, liquidity, and transparency, benefiting U.S. investors. Companies must meet annual verification, management certification, and compliance with U.S. securities laws.

DTC eligibility allows North Atlantic Titanium's shares to be traded, settled, and transferred electronically in the U.S., reducing transaction costs and streamlining stock transfers. This milestone is expected to increase liquidity and broaden the investor base.

CEO Dwayne Yaretz commented, "We are pleased to announce this important milestone as North Atlantic Titanium’s common shares begin trading on the OTCQB Market in the United States. This uplisting strengthens our ability to enhance liquidity, broaden our investor base, and significantly expand our presence in the U.S. capital markets as we continue to advance our Everett titanium-vanadium project in Quebec."

The Company continues to trade under the symbol NATQF on the OTC, NATO on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and Y33 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

North Atlantic Titanium is focused on advancing the Everett titanium-vanadium project in Quebec, targeting high-quality titanium feedstocks with potential vanadium and phosphate coproducts. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the Sleeping Giant South project in the Abitibi greenstone belt, Quebec.
