Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP; OTCQB: NOPFF) has released new assay results from its Murdock Mountain project in Nevada, indicating that heavy metal concentrations in the Upper Phosphatic Zone remain well below established thresholds for organic fertilizer certification. The company, which focuses on organic sedimentary phosphate exploration, reported that individual samples from drill hole MM26-10 contained arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals at levels under the maximum limits cited by the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO) SUIP #25 for fertilizer containing 10% P2O5.

Drill hole MM26-10, a 1.5-kilometre step-out along strike, had previously intersected 10.89% P2O5 over 3.60 metres. The latest results confirm that the Upper Phosphatic Zone consistently exhibits low heavy metal content, a key requirement for organic fertilizer production. The company stated that these findings support its strategy to position the Murdock Mountain project as a potential source for the organic fertilizer market.

The significance of this announcement lies in the growing demand for organic food and the corresponding need for certified organic fertilizers.
