McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) reported strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, highlighting significant net income and adjusted EBITDA as it advances a strategy to increase production to 250,000-300,000 gold equivalent ounces by 2030 while lowering costs and extending mine life. The company said its operating and financial performance positions it to potentially generate $80 million in free cash flow from its wholly owned operations and more than $50 million in dividends from its 49% stake in the San José mine during 2026.
McEwen also pointed to progress across key development assets in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Argentina, including advancement of the Los Azules copper project, which recently secured approval under Argentina’s RIGI investment regime and is supported by a feasibility study outlining a 22-year mine life and strong long-term production potential. The Los Azules copper project is designed to be one of the world’s first regenerative copper mines and carbon neutral by 2038. Its Feasibility Study results were announced in the press release dated October 7, 2025.
McEwen shares trade on both the NYSE and TSX under the ticker MUX.
