MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) has received $6,004,216.22 in proceeds from the exercise of 12,138,548 warrants by Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd.
