LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe's leading social commerce company for high-quality nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its final annual report for 2025, confirming the preliminary sales and earnings figures. The company's sales for the full year 2025 reached EUR 277.1 million, a slight decrease from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA declined to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of the financing structure. However, normalized EBITDA stood at EUR 22.5 million, compared to EUR 32.6 million in the previous year.
Jörg Körfer, CEO of LR Health & Beauty SE, emphasized that 2026 is a transitional year for the company. "We have laid the groundwork – both financially and strategically – for sustainable business growth and performance," Körfer stated. "The newly established financing structure gives us the momentum we need to continue to consistently pursue the initiatives we have launched in production, logistics, and sales in the second half of the year." He added that the company is committed to working closely with its partners and expanding these relationships internationally.
One of the key strategic pillars is expanding in-house production. LR is investing over EUR 2 million in a new, high-performance production line, centralizing the manufacture of the 5in1 product category at its site in Ahlen. This includes established products like LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men's Shot. The new facility is designed to have an annual capacity of up to 40 million units and will also facilitate further product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.
