LaFleur Minerals Reports Deep Drill Results Extending Swanson Gold System Beyond Resource Limits

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) reported new drill results from its Swanson Gold Project that demonstrate the deposit remains open at depth and along strike, with implications for expanding the project's resource base. The results come from four deep diamond drill holes designed to test mineralization below the limits of the current 2026 mineral resource estimate.

Highlights include 2.29 grams per tonne gold over 68.30 metres in hole SW-25-079, 1.18 g/t Au over 255.04 metres in SW-25-080, and 1.65 g/t Au over 136.01 metres in SW-25-081. Additionally, isolated high-grade intercepts up to 86.8 g/t Au over 1.0 metre occurred outside currently defined mineralized envelopes, indicating the potential for further high-grade zones. The company said these results will help guide future drilling at the Val-d'Or, Quebec project.

The Swanson Gold Project encompasses approximately 19,214 hectares along a major structural break in the Abitibi Gold Belt, hosting the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits. LaFleur Minerals recently released a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the project and the planned restart of its Beacon Gold Mill, which is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day (full press release).

These results are significant because they suggest the gold system extends beyond the current resource model, potentially increasing the project's economic viability. The company noted the deposit remains open in multiple directions, and the new data will be incorporated into future resource updates and mine planning.

For investors, the results reinforce the exploration upside of the Swanson Gold Project and the potential for LaFleur Minerals to become a significant gold producer in the region. The company continues to advance the project toward development, leveraging its recently refurbished mill for processing.
