LaFleur Minerals Raises C$11 Million to Restart Gold Production at Beacon Mill

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has successfully closed public and private offerings, generating aggregate gross proceeds of more than C$11 million. The funds will be used to restart gold production at the company's Beacon Gold Mill and continue aggressive drilling programs on its Swanson Gold Project and newly acquired McKenzie East Gold Project in Quebec's Abitibi Gold Belt.

The near-term gold producer announced the results of its recent financing on June 9, detailing the service commission tied to the offerings and the qualifying exploration expenses linked to its charitable flow-through shares. The company expects to source mineralized material from its Swanson Gold Deposit to feed the Beacon Mill.

The Abitibi Gold Belt is Canada's largest gold-producing region, and LaFleur's strategic planning is based on conservative gold price assumptions. Given the meteoric rise in gold's market value over the past year and a half, the company is confident it will be firmly profitable once production resumes.

Additional drilling at the Swanson Gold Project aims to increase resources and extend the mine life. The company also plans to advance exploration at the McKenzie East Gold Project, which it recently acquired.
