LaFleur Minerals' Drill Results at Swanson Gold Deposit Indicate Potential District-Scale Discovery

LaFleur Minerals (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) announced a significant expansion of gold mineralization at its Swanson Gold Project, located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt near Val d'Or, Quebec. Drill results from the company's recent program have confirmed broad, continuous zones of gold mineralization extending well below the limits of the March 2025 mineral resource estimate (MRE). The MRE had already shown a 30% increase in indicated mineral resources, and these new assays suggest the potential for a district-scale discovery.

Key intercepts include 1.18 g/t Au over 255.04 meters in hole SW-25-080, 1.65 g/t Au over 136.01 meters in SW-25-081, and 2.29 g/t Au over 68.30 meters in SW-25-079. These holes targeted down-dip continuity over a 120-meter strike length at vertical depths of approximately 300 to 450 meters, successfully demonstrating that the mineralized system remains robust and laterally continuous beyond the existing resource envelope.

LaFleur owns the Beacon Gold Mill, located near the Swanson deposit, and is preparing to resume operations later this quarter. The company plans to initially process on-site stockpile and mineralized material from Swanson, with a goal to scale throughput from 750 metric tons per day (TPD) to 1,250 TPD by 2027, and eventually to 3,000 or 4,000 TPD. These expansion plans are supported by financing and offtake terms from Trafigura.

The Swanson and Beacon operations are situated in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a prolific mining region with established infrastructure and a skilled labor force. The positive drill results further de-risk the project and support the company's strategy to become a near-term gold producer.
