LaFleur Minerals Appoints Three Directors to Bolster Mining and Capital Markets Expertise

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) announced the appointments of Paul Ténière, Peter Espig and Jeff Swinoga to its board of directors, effective immediately. The new directors bring extensive experience across mining operations, capital markets and corporate leadership, supporting governance and strategic oversight during the company's next phase of project development and planned production restart in Val-d'Or, Quebec.

Paul Ténière is a seasoned mining executive with over 30 years of experience in mine operations, project development and corporate strategy. He has held senior positions at several major mining companies and has a strong track record in advancing gold projects from exploration to production. Peter Espig brings deep capital markets expertise, having served as a director and advisor for numerous public companies, with a focus on financing and investor relations. Jeff Swinoga has a background in corporate governance and strategic planning, having held board roles in both mining and technology sectors.

The appointments come as LaFleur Minerals advances the Swanson Gold Project, an approximately 18,304-hectare (183 km²) property that includes several gold and critical metals prospects previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. The company has consolidated a large land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits, as well as several other showings. The project is easily accessible by road, providing direct access to several nearby gold mills and enhancing its development potential.

Additionally, the company plans to restart gold production at its fully-permitted and refurbished Beacon Gold Mill, which is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day. The mill is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects. The board changes support the strategic oversight needed for these initiatives.

Preet Gill and Harveer Sidhu have resigned from the board effective March 15, 2026. The company expressed gratitude for their contributions and noted that the new appointments align with its growth objectives.
