Women in HVACR has named Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, as its new Marketing Chair. Ramirez will join the organization's Board of Directors, where she will lead the marketing committee responsible for promoting the nonprofit and supporting communications across its 1,200-member network.
Ramirez brings nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role, along with direct trades experience. Before joining CI Web Group, she worked inside plumbing and HVAC companies, progressing from customer-facing positions into operations and marketing. In her current role, she oversees sales and the customer lifecycle for the AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades.
The appointment matters because it places a leader with firsthand industry knowledge at the helm of marketing for an organization dedicated to empowering women in a field where they remain underrepresented. Women in HVACR provides networking, mentoring, education, scholarships, professional development and industry events designed to help women connect and advance. With more than 1,200 members since its founding in 2002, the organization's ability to reach and engage women across the industry is central to its mission.

As Marketing Chair, Ramirez will lead the committee that collaborates with other Women in HVACR committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources. Her committee's work will directly influence how the organization communicates its value proposition to current and prospective members.
