Invech Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: IVHI) has announced a significant change in control and new strategic direction under the leadership of newly appointed CEO and majority owner Alexander M. Woods-Leo. The company, which specializes in regulatory document drafting and consulting for public companies, as well as software development in the SAAS space, filed an 8K regarding the control change.
At 38 years old, Woods-Leo brings over 20 years of computer technology experience, more than 15 years in sales and marketing, 10 years in banking, and a decade of strategic business consulting. He is a two-time patent-awarded inventor and has published apps on three platforms, with specialized experience in funding startups. His appointment marks a new era for Invech Holdings, which is now expanding its business to include SAAS platform coding and development services.
The company plans to introduce new technology acquisitions, funding solutions, and asset purchases. Woods-Leo stated, “There is a plan in motion whereas the company is preparing to announce funding terms, and asset acquisitions.” He added, “I am leveraging my last 15 years of contacts globally to bring this company to the next level and enhance its operations.” Notably, the company intends to continue filing with the SEC and conducting PCAOB audits but will no longer file with OTC Markets for OTCID, signaling a move away from the OTC tier.
Invech Holdings has also launched a new website, which will be updated over time. Additionally, the company has retained Brunson Chandler and Jones for legal assistance with filings and advice.
This strategic shift underscores Invech Holdings' ambition to transition from a consulting and compliance firm to a more technology-driven entity, leveraging Woods-Leo's extensive experience in software development and business growth. The move to exit OTC Markets suggests a focus on higher regulatory standards and possibly a future listing on a senior exchange.
