Interlock Roofing Ltd. has introduced aluminum wall cladding and metal siding panels, extending its lifetime aluminum system from roofs to exterior walls. The new panels, produced from the same heavy-gauge aluminum as Interlock's roofing products, are finished with the Alunar Coating System and offered in matching profiles, colors, and trims. This allows a home's roof, chimneys, dormers, gables, and walls to share a single color-matched aluminum finish, eliminating compatibility concerns between different manufacturers' products and simplifying installation and warranty coverage across all exposed surfaces.

Extending that same panel, coating, and color system to siding means the entire exterior performs to one standard and reads as one intentional design." Interlock Metal Siding is available in four architectural profiles—Slate, Cedar Shingle, Shake, and Standing Seam—which can be combined within a single color family.
The panels are formed from heavy-gauge aluminum and coated with the Alunar Coating System, a multi-layer architectural coating incorporating Cool Roof infrared-reflective pigments designed to reduce solar heat gain on walls. The non-combustible aluminum construction carries a Class A fire rating, a notable characteristic for properties in wildfire and ember-zone regions. Because aluminum does not absorb moisture, the panels will not rot, warp, or crack through repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The factory-baked finish resists chalking and fading, eliminating the need for repainting. The system also resists insects and coastal salt-air corrosion.
Four-way interlocking panels install over most existing wall substrates, fitted by certified installers, and require no painting, sealing, or staining throughout their lifespan. The aluminum is largely recycled in content and approximately 95 percent recyclable at end of life.
