Heller Jewelers, a family-owned fine jewelry and luxury timepiece retailer at City Center Bishop Ranch, celebrated its 30th anniversary with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 28, 2026, in partnership with the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. The evening event, held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., gathered local leaders, business community members, and representatives from elected officials' offices to honor the store's legacy as a longstanding fixture in San Ramon.
The ceremony began in front of the store, with Danielle Cook, President and CEO of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, opening the program and introducing Chamber leadership and visiting dignitaries. Terry Koehne, Chairman of the Chamber's Board of Directors, and Peter Niles, representing the Chamber Ambassadors, offered remarks, followed by the presentation of a commemorative plaque from the Chamber. Representatives from the offices of Senator Tim Grayson and Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan also attended and spoke, underscoring the occasion's significance to the broader community.
Brandon Heller, who spoke on behalf of the store, reflected on the family's three decades of serving San Ramon and the relationships built along the way. "Thirty years ago, my parents opened our doors with a simple goal: to help celebrate life's special moments through fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. To stand here today, surrounded by the community that made that possible, is something we don't take for granted," he said.
The ribbon-cutting event marked the beginning of a season of 30th-anniversary programming for Heller Jewelers, with additional community and client events planned later in the year. The store, founded by Scott and Catherine Heller, has grown to include a second generation of the family in the business. Its mission remains making lasting memories for life's special moments, offering bridal and fine jewelry, and an authorized selection of luxury watch brands, all backed by personalized client service rooted in three decades of local relationships.
The celebration not only recognized the store's longevity but also highlighted the importance of family-owned businesses in building community ties. The presence of local officials and Chamber representatives demonstrated the integral role Heller Jewelers plays in San Ramon's economic and social fabric. As the store enters its next decade, it continues to emphasize the values that have guided it since 1996: quality, trust, and a deep connection to the people it serves.
