Genesis Holdings Launches Travaleo Platform to Democratize Branded Luxury Real Estate Investment

Genesis Holdings, Inc. (OTC: GNIS) released a shareholder letter from CEO Oscar Brito detailing the early 2026 launch of Travaleo, a digital investment platform focused on branded luxury real estate and hospitality projects. The platform seeks to democratize access to an asset class historically reserved for institutional capital and private investors.

According to the letter, Travaleo aims to position branded luxury hospitality and residential real estate as a specialized investment category. The company believes that branded luxury developments, including hotels and residences tied to internationally recognized hospitality brands, have demonstrated strong global demand due to brand recognition and limited supply. However, access to these projects has traditionally been limited.

Since its launch, Travaleo has introduced two initial investment vehicles. The first, TRYOI, focuses on luxury hospitality developments anchored by the YOO-branded hospitality concept in Aruba. The second, TRVEN, targets luxury hospitality and residential opportunities in Venezuela, where the company sees a highly asymmetric investment environment after years of underinvestment in premium real estate.

Genesis Holdings is pursuing three primary capital formation strategies to support the platform's growth. These include direct investor outreach through digital marketing, working with private placement agents, and forming partnerships with established real estate investor groups and clubs. Under the partnership model, Travaleo provides the digital platform infrastructure and investment structure for these groups to offer their investors participation in branded luxury real estate opportunities.

In addition, the company strengthened its corporate structure by reducing its authorized share count from 2 billion to 100 million shares, a move management believes aligns with long-term shareholder interests.

Looking ahead, CEO Oscar Brito stated that 2026 has the potential to be a pivotal year for digital distribution of real-world assets, with Travaleo well positioned to participate in this emerging market. The company intends to announce some of its partnerships in the coming weeks.
