Generation Uranium Secures Final CSE Listing Approval, Plans Voluntary Delisting from TSXV

Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85) announced today that it has received final listing approval from the Listing Committee of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The company's common shares will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, under the symbol “GEN.” Following the listing, Generation Uranium will voluntarily delist from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), while continuing to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under “GENRF” and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under “W85.”

The move to the CSE is expected to provide Generation Uranium with a more efficient trading platform and potentially broader access to investors. The CSE is known for its streamlined listing process and lower regulatory costs, which may benefit the company as it advances its flagship Yath Project in Nunavut’s Angilak district. The Angilak district is recognized as one of Canada’s most active uranium camps, and Generation Uranium’s Yath Project has demonstrated significant potential through historic exploration results, including surface samples grading up to 9.8% U3O8 and drill intercepts of 1.0 meter at 0.224% U3O8 from 25.5 meters in hole BOG-8-80.

CEO Michael Collins, P.Geo., expressed optimism about the listing, stating that the CSE listing aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance shareholder value and increase market visibility. The company aims to capitalize on growing global demand for clean nuclear energy by advancing its portfolio of high-priority uranium targets.

The TSXV and CSE have neither approved nor disapproved of the contents of this news release. Generation Uranium Inc. is a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high-quality uranium assets in premier jurisdictions, with a growing portfolio of targets in a well-understood uranium district.
