The Home Design and Remodeling Show, South Florida's largest home expo, will take place from January 30 to February 1, 2026, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale. The event spans more than 150,000 square feet and features hundreds of exhibitors showcasing thousands of products and services, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, smart home technology, outdoor living, impact windows, furniture, decor, and custom interiors.
Headlining the 2026 show is Drew Lachey, entertainer, HGTV personality, and founding member of 98 Degrees. Lachey, known for his work on HGTV's Rock the Block, $250,000 Challenge, and Date My House, will appear on Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, at 3 PM for live presentations, audience Q&A, and meet-and-greet sessions focused on DIY inspiration.
Attendees can enjoy a full schedule of expert-led presentations at the Home Design Stage, covering topics such as 2026 interior design trends from Havertys Furniture, natural stone principles CEU presentation with Keith Graves of Premier Stone Surfaces, property tax savings and deed fraud insights from Broward County Property Appraiser Marty Kiar, and real estate insights from RWorld. The Live Culinary Experience, sponsored by Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing, Lifetime Kitchen, Lioher, and Thermador, will feature chef demonstrations by Chef Bhavesh Patel on Saturday and Chef Amanda Currie of Hell's Kitchen Season 23 on Sunday.
The Designer's Show House will showcase the latest trends in home design, with featured designers including Perla Lichi of Perla Lichi Design, Catherina De Nicolo of Denfit Design, and Ariel Asoulin of Glam Goals Interiors. Friday, January 30, is Industry Day, offering interior designers, architects, builders, and home professionals access to CEU-approved education, networking opportunities, and exclusive trade resources, with up to 3 CEUs available.
