Fairchild Gold Engages TerraEye for Property-Wide Exploration at Golden Arrow Project

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) announced that it has engaged TerraEye to conduct a comprehensive satellite-based spectral mapping and structural interpretation program at its 100%-owned Golden Arrow Gold-Silver Project in Nye County, Nevada. The initiative aims to evaluate the entire property for mineralogical and alteration signatures, with a particular focus on underexplored areas beyond the existing Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits and around historic mine workings.

The program will combine satellite spectral analysis, image enhancement, structural lineament interpretation, and AI-assisted pattern recognition to generate a detailed assessment of the property's surface geology. TerraEye's results will be integrated with Fairchild's existing geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical datasets to refine exploration targets and identify areas for field follow-up. This systematic approach is designed to prioritize potential targets for subsequent ground investigation and drilling, with the final technical report currently scheduled for late October 2026.

The Golden Arrow project hosts a current NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate of approximately 295,000 ounces of gold and 4.36 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories at Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, with additional inferred resources. More than 61,000 metres of historical drilling has been completed at the project, primarily around the two known deposits. By expanding exploration to the broader property, Fairchild aims to unlock the full potential of the land package, which lies within the prolific Walker Lane mineral belt, a region known for significant gold and silver production.

This exploration initiative is strategically important for Fairchild Gold as it seeks to grow its resource base and potentially make new discoveries. The use of advanced satellite technology and AI-driven analysis represents a cost-effective method to assess large areas quickly, allowing the company to allocate its exploration budget more efficiently. The integration of multiple datasets will enhance the understanding of the geological setting and alteration patterns, which is critical for identifying high-potential drill targets.

Fairchild Gold is a Nevada-focused mineral exploration and development company with a portfolio of three complementary assets: Nevada Titan, Golden Arrow, and Carlin Queen. Nevada Titan is the company's flagship high-impact copper-gold exploration project in the historic Goodsprings Mining District of southern Nevada. Golden Arrow provides an established open-pit gold-silver resource within the Walker Lane mineral belt, while Carlin Queen offers additional gold-silver exploration exposure near the intersection of the Carlin and Midas-Hollister mineral trends. The company's strategy is to build a significant Nevada-focused exploration and development platform combining established resources with opportunities for major new discoveries.
