Eco Wave Power to Present at Disruptive Growth Conference as AI-Driven Electricity Demand Surges

Eco Wave Power Global AB (NASDAQ: WAVE), a pioneer in onshore wave energy, is set to present at the Moody Capital Solutions 2026 Disruptive Growth & Life Sciences Conference in New York City. The presentation comes at a time when global electricity demand is accelerating, driven in part by the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence, data centers, and digital infrastructure. The company believes that wave energy can emerge as a crucial new source of renewable power for the next generation of energy-intensive infrastructure.

Eco Wave Power’s patented technology generates electricity from ocean and sea waves using systems installed on existing coastal structures such as breakwaters, jetties, and piers. This approach enables renewable electricity generation in close proximity to coastal cities, ports, and other major centers of electricity demand, while leveraging existing infrastructure. The company has already demonstrated its technology through projects in key markets, including the first grid-connected wave energy power station in Israel, recognized as a “Pioneering Technology” by the Israeli Ministry of Energy and co-funded by EDF Renewables IL. In the United States, Eco Wave Power launched the first-ever onshore wave energy pilot station at the Port of Los Angeles, in collaboration with Shell Marine Renewable Energy and AltaSea.

The company has also been expanding its engagement with the global AI ecosystem. Eco Wave Power was recently featured during NVIDIA Founder and CEO Jensen Huang’s keynote presentation at NVIDIA GTC as part of a future-focused Digital Twin model showcasing renewable energy infrastructure. The company was subsequently featured across NVIDIA’s social media channels, while Eco Wave Power U.S.’s AI-focused arm joined NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to support companies developing and deploying innovative technologies. These developments come as AI and data center growth is placing increasing pressure on global power systems, creating demand for new sources of scalable electricity.

Eco Wave Power believes that the convergence between renewable energy infrastructure and the rapidly growing power requirements of AI and digital infrastructure represents a significant long-term opportunity for wave energy. The company is advancing its global commercialization strategy, with projects planned and under development in markets including Portugal, Taiwan, and India, as it works to establish wave energy as a commercially viable component of the global renewable energy mix.

Founder and CEO Inna Braverman will present Eco Wave Power’s latest developments, commercialization strategy, and vision for wave energy in the era of rapidly growing AI-driven electricity demand at the conference on Sept. 10, 2026, at 2:35 p.m. ET. The company has received international recognition and support from organizations including the European Union Regional Development Fund, Innovate UK, and the EU Horizon 2020 program, and was honored with the United Nations Global Climate Action Award.
