The company also expects to complete several previously announced transactions during the quarter, including the CyberCatch acquisition, the acquisition of NYIAX Inc., and the launch of the Data Vault Bank brand through the targeted acquisition and renaming of a U.S. bank.

The company, which provides data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, and real-world asset tokenization technologies, said its third-quarter objectives also include advancing tokenization initiatives for real-world assets, expanding blockchain transaction clearing partnerships, and continuing development of AI-powered valuation, cybersecurity, and data trust technologies. According to the press release, several planned exchange platforms remain contingent on the evolution of U.S. digital asset legislation, including the proposed CLARITY Act, which has advanced through congressional committees but has not yet been enacted into law.
