Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced an update to its executed Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a strategic partnership for the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The update follows a visit by CEO Brenton Scott to HCP headquarters in Poznan between May 20-24, 2026, where discussions advanced on commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype has been dispatched to HCP's Poznan facility and is scheduled to arrive in late July 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.
The collaboration aims to combine CiTech's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's manufacturing and integration capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank. The scope of intended cooperation includes establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the CEE region, facilitating technology transfer for local maintenance and support, and leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group to pursue government and defence contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed for modern defence and critical security operations.
Brenton Scott, CEO of Critical Infrastructure Technologies, stated, "This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech's international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia. By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe." HCP, founded in 1846, is a historic manufacturing enterprise specializing in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defence production, and industrial solutions. Its integration within the PGZ Group provides deep reach into the Polish defence sector.
The partnership is expected to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients, strengthening regional security. CiTech, listed on the CSE with operations in Perth, Australia, focuses on autonomous, high-capacity rapidly deployable technology for mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. The Nexus 20 platform uses patented self-deploying technology to support LTE, surveillance, and anti-drone systems. For more information, visit www.citech.com.au and www.hcp.eu/en.
