Comedy Village, a prominent comedy club now located in Times Square, will host three Valentine's Day shows on Saturday, February 14, at 8 PM, 10 PM, and 11 PM. The club aims to provide an alternative to traditional Valentine's Day celebrations by combining stand-up comedy with a festive atmosphere.
Tickets for each show are priced at $28 per person and can be purchased through the club's website at www.comedyvillage.com. The venue, described as warm, cozy, and intimate, is situated in the heart of Times Square and Hell's Kitchen, offering an escape from the usual holiday routine.
Each show will feature a lineup of comedians from New York City and across the country, including Monroe Martin, Krissy Gregory, PJ Landers, and Dante Nero. The club promises a mix of rising stars and seasoned professionals, delivering sharp and smart stand-up comedy. To enhance the experience, Comedy Village will serve Valentine's themed drink specials and signature cocktails such as "Midnight in Paris", "Love Potion #9", and "Shadowy Kiss".
PJ Landers, founder, owner, and comedian at Comedy Village, emphasized the unifying power of laughter. "Valentine's Day is about connection, and there's nothing that brings people together quite like laughter," Landers said. "These shows create a fun, welcoming atmosphere where people can relax, laugh hard, and celebrate the night together. Whether you're coming with a date or flying solo, Comedy Village is the place to be on Valentine's Day."
Founded in 2004 by Landers, Comedy Village originally operated in Greenwich Village, hosting notable comedians such as Dave Attell, Bill Burr, and Dave Chappelle. In 2024, the club relocated to Times Square, expanding to two floors with separate showrooms. The new venue continues to present nightly shows featuring a diverse range of comedic talent, from emerging artists to industry veterans.
With three showtimes and a festive atmosphere, Comedy Village's Valentine's Day lineup is poised to be a memorable way to celebrate the holiday in New York City. For more information, call 347-788-1781.
