The transaction aligns CleanGo’s green solutions and capital markets expertise with AgritechBC’s proprietary, nature-based technologies to address the escalating global demand for organic environmental restoration. This acquisition follows the previously announced letter of intent between the companies on Oct 21, 2025.

Furthermore, the global Waste Management Market—specifically focusing on landfill optimization—represents an additional $1.5 trillion opportunity as municipalities shift toward sustainable, organic diversion and treatment strategies.
