The new site went live on August 6, marking one of the largest website builds CI Web Group has completed to date.
The website was designed with a focus on how customers actually search for plumbing help, featuring a symptom-first experience that allows homeowners to begin with their problem rather than requiring them to identify a specific service by name. The site also integrates the company's 45-year, three-generation history throughout.

The giveaway is part of CI Web Group's initiative to support women who own HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other home service businesses. Applications are now open for the next $10,000 website giveaway, with the winner selected on September 30, 2026. The prize includes a complete website built on Hydra OS, CI Web Group's platform designed specifically for home service businesses.
