Canadian Salsa Festivals Project Announces Largest Season Yet, Expanding to Niagara Falls

The Canadian Salsa Festivals Project (CSFP) has announced its most extensive season to date, running from June through September 2026, with a lineup that includes a first-time expansion to Niagara Falls. The series features both new and returning festivals across Ontario and Quebec, supported by expanded sponsorship from TD Bank Group and ongoing partnership with TLN Media Group.

New for 2026 is Salsa at Niagara Falls, scheduled for September 12 and 13. This event is organized in partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism, Niagara Parks Commission, and Fallsview Casino Resort. Adam Stiles, Interim President and CEO of Niagara Falls Tourism, stated, "Salsa at Niagara Falls is exactly the kind of vibrant, world-class event our destination is made for... We're delighted to welcome this celebration of Latin music, dance, and food for the first time."

TD Bank Group has expanded its title sponsorship to include Salsa Tremblant in Quebec's Laurentians, in addition to renewing as title sponsor of TD Salsa on St. Clair in Toronto and TD Salsa at Blue Mountain in Collingwood. Robyn Small, Senior Manager of Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship at TD Bank Group, said, "Festivals like TD Salsa on St. Clair bring people together to celebrate what shapes us — our stories, food, music, and art."

TLN Media Group, the founder and longstanding official media partner, continues to support the festival's growth. Aldo Di Felice, President and Managing Partner of TLN Media Group, noted, "Salsa in Toronto has become one of Canada's premier cultural celebrations, bringing together hundreds of thousands of people each year while showcasing the power of music, culture, and community."

Returning festivals include TD Salsa at Blue Mountain from June 26 to 28, featuring Latin music, dance, and culture at the Village. Patti Kendall, President of Blue Mountain Village Association, remarked, "Salsa at Blue is a highly anticipated event that brings vibrant Latin energy to the Village, kicking off our summer festival season."

TD Salsa on St. Clair returns July 11 and 12 in Midtown Toronto, offering over 350 live performers on festival stages, weekend headliners including JUNO nominee Andy Rubal and Yani Borrell, the Fiesta Parade presented by Lenpanada, over 35 authentic Latin food vendors, and 25-plus dance instructors.

TD Salsa Tremblant, held August 21 to 23, returns for its third year at the Tremblant Pedestrian Village. Nicolas Dien, Event Director of Tremblant Resort Association, said, "We are very proud to be hosting Salsa Tremblant for a third consecutive year. This event perfectly embodies Tremblant's DNA — a vibrant, welcoming destination where music, dance, and nature come together."

Returning programs include the Vibrante Latin Art Exhibition at Little EGG Gallery in Toronto from June 6 to July 12, free dance lessons from May to August across Southern Ontario, Salsa on Market Street on August 9 in Toronto's Old Town, and family salsa dance lessons at Toronto museums from August to October.
