BZBGEAR to Demonstrate Full Camera-to-Fiber Broadcast Chain at IBC2026

At IBC2026, BZBGEAR will present a complete camera-to-fiber broadcast chain, integrating four key components into a single working system. The demonstration, set for Hall 11, Stand 11.A26 at the RAI Amsterdam from September 11–14, 2026, aims to show how broadcasters can acquire, produce, encode, and transport high-quality video over long distances with zero-frame latency. The move matters because it offers a unified solution to a fragmented problem: how to efficiently capture, switch, and distribute content across facilities and campuses.

The chain begins with BZBGEAR’s award-winning ADAMO PTZ cameras, available in NDI|HX 3 and Dante AV-H versions. The BG-ADAMO-4KND and BG-ADAMO-4KDA output up to 4K@60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, with USB and IP options, and feature AI-powered auto-tracking in Presenter and Zone modes. Integrated tally lights and an onboard microSD writer that records up to 1TB of 4K video eliminate the need for separate recording devices. The BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA provide 1080p@60Hz alternatives with the same control workflow and single-cable install, allowing a 4K hero angle alongside HD coverage under one control surface.

Production is handled by the BG-Commander-UltraX, an all-in-one 4K switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It accepts four HDMI inputs up to 4K@30Hz, offers separate program and monitor outputs, and includes a 7-inch touchscreen, 4D joystick, and T-bar. Built-in chroma key, picture-in-picture, and logo overlay support live production, while a USB-C webcam output feeds streaming platforms directly. The unit records to USB or SD card without a PC, and camera control is via ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP.

For IP transport, the BG-STREAM-DE encoder-decoder-recorder encodes SDI or HDMI in H.265 or H.264 at up to 1080p@60Hz, with output up to 3840x2160p@60Hz. It supports SRT, RTMP, HLS, RTSP, and TS over UDP, with NDI and Dante AV-H available under license. Audio embed/de-embed and USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV provide a safety copy without extra hardware.

The final link, the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F, carries 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K@144Hz 4:4:4 across single-mode fiber up to 10 kilometers (6.25 miles) at zero-frame latency. With 48Gbps video bandwidth (FRL 6) and HDCP 2.3, it also transports RS-232, IR, CEC, 1G Ethernet, and USB 3.1 Gen1/Gen2 KVM over the same fiber, eliminating ground loops and EMI.

“Every broadcaster we talk to is solving the same problem from four different directions at once — how to acquire it, how to cut it, how to get it on the network, and how to move it across a campus or a city,” said Eugene Bocharov, CEO of BZBGEAR. “Showing one box at a time doesn't answer that. So this year we're bringing the whole chain to Hall 11 and running it end to end, and our engineers will be standing next to it for four days. Bring us the path that won't hold and we'll work it out on the stand.”

BZBGEAR engineers will be available throughout the show, and attendees are encouraged to bring system drawings, bills of materials, or distance and bandwidth figures for discussion. For more information, visit bzbgear.com.
