BWMG Provides 2025 Operational Update and Outlines 2026 Priorities for Revenue Growth

Brownie’s Marine Group, Inc. (“BWMG”) has released an operational progress update for 2025, highlighting key milestones in facility expansion, product advancements, and market engagement, while outlining 2026 priorities aimed at expanding revenue opportunities and enhancing shareholder value.

According to the company, audit progress for fiscal year 2025 remains on schedule, with the Form 10-K expected to be filed by the end of March 2026. BWMG will not discuss financial results until the audit is published.

In 2025, BWMG relocated to a larger, climate-controlled facility in Davie, Florida, designed to accommodate expanding product lines. The company believes this move has improved workplace satisfaction and operational efficiency, and has attracted potential service, assembly, and distribution partners currently under consideration.

Product development saw the introduction of the battery-powered Sea Lion “Sport,” which aims to bring tankless diving closer to the price point of legacy gasoline-powered systems. The Sea Lion platform now includes a waterproof 70Ah battery (up from 64Ah) providing over three hours of runtime for up to three divers at depths up to 33 feet, while the Sport model features a 50Ah battery supporting up to two hours of runtime. Both systems incorporate “Insta-Change” battery technology for tool-free swaps in under a minute. BWMG invested substantially in advancing its Sea Lion battery systems to a waterproof standard, which management believes will strengthen long-term product value.

LW Americas / YachtPro, BWMG’s high-pressure breathing air subsidiary, unveiled a new 48V DC battery-powered, continuous-duty, automated high-pressure SCUBA tank filling system aimed at modern boatbuilders and off-grid customers. The company expects the system to support multi-tank filling cycles using battery power, with performance dependent on configuration and operating conditions.

Trade show momentum continued across BLU3 and SeaNXT Americas brands. In Q4 2025, BLU3 introduced an extended runtime battery option for Nomad users, with the first production run fully allocated prior to arrival, reflecting strong customer interest. BLU3 also initiated a professional pool industry outreach program, engaging Byrd Moreton & Associates and developing a trade show plan focused on pool and spa leak detection professionals.

For 2026, BWMG intends to prioritize initiatives to expand revenue opportunities, including evaluating and onboarding service, assembly, and distribution partners; continuing operational improvements; refining trade show booth offerings to maximize consumer interest and revenue-per-event; and identifying best-in-class partnerships. As part of this strategy, BWMG recently teamed with Awake Boards to introduce premium electric watersports offerings, including an electric wakeboard and eFoil with “click-to-ride” battery technology, to be showcased alongside Sea Lion, BLU3 Nomad, SeaNXT, and the YachtPro 48V DC system at 2026 events.

To strengthen investor outreach, BWMG has engaged Andrew Barwicki to assist with investor recruiting and shareholder communications, noting that compensation under this engagement is not stock-based. The company intends to increase consistency and clarity of shareholder-facing communications through compliant public disclosures and regular updates.
