BOS Group FY2025 Results Show Resilience Amid Automotive Market Pressure, Announces FY2026 Guidance

BOS GmbH & Co. KG, a global leader in kinematics and mechatronic systems for automotive interiors and exteriors, published its Annual Report 2025 on April 21, 2026, confirming preliminary results and providing guidance for fiscal year 2026. The report, available online at https://www.bos.de/en/investors/financial-publications/, highlights a solid operating performance in a demanding market environment.

For fiscal year 2025, the Group generated gross revenue of EUR 771.8 million, compared to EUR 830.9 million in the prior year, aligning with the previously published preliminary figures and the revised outlook. The adjusted EBITDA margin reached 7.1%, corresponding to adjusted EBITDA of EUR 54.7 million, down from EUR 66.7 million in FY2024. This margin exceeded the revised outlook, reflecting effective cost management. Earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to EUR 2.8 million.

For FY2026, BOS guides gross revenue in the range of EUR 710 to 735 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 6 to 7 percent. The continued strong order intake confirms positive expectations for the Group.
