The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division has named Amin R. Yacoub, an immigration attorney with Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., as one of its 2026 On the Rise — Top 40 Young Lawyers. The award recognizes 40 ABA young lawyer members who demonstrate exceptional achievement, innovation, leadership and service to the legal profession and their communities. Yacoub was selected for his accomplishments as a business immigration attorney, legal scholar and advocate for individuals and businesses navigating the United States immigration system.
Based in Orlando, Yacoub represents clients nationwide in employment-based immigration matters, with a particular focus on EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions. His unique perspective stems from having personally obtained permanent residency through the National Interest Waiver process. This firsthand experience gives him an intimate understanding of what is at stake for the professionals, entrepreneurs, physicians, scientists, engineers, researchers and investors who seek his representation.

He earned a Master of Laws in International Law from New York University School of Law, where he received a full-tuition scholarship and served as a graduate editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics.
