Ms. Gorrell brings over two decades of experience advising healthcare organizations on complex regulatory, transactional, and governance matters. She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel at Holy Cross Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she led legal strategy across a multi-faceted healthcare enterprise. Her career also includes roles as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at AdvancedMD, a national healthcare IT company, and in-house positions at Intermountain Healthcare and Providence Health & Services/Swedish Health Services. She holds a JD with Honors in Health Law from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA with Honors in Political Science from the University of Utah.

In her new role, Gorrell will oversee BioStem's legal and compliance functions and play a central role in enterprise governance, including the integration and oversight of Medical Affairs through the company's compliance framework.
