AZIO AI Holdings Unveils Atlas One, First Phase of 500 MW South Texas Compute Campus

AZIO AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZIO) has announced Atlas One, the first named development phase of Project Atlas, its expansive compute infrastructure campus in South Texas. The campus spans more than 548 acres and is engineered to support up to 500 MW of planned behind-the-meter power capacity, a scale designed to meet the growing demands of AI and high-performance computing workloads.

Atlas One integrates land, power, connectivity, and modular compute infrastructure that the company has been developing since May 2026. Approximately 6 MW of compute infrastructure has been activated, utilizing about 11 MW of secured behind-the-meter power capacity, and has achieved an uptime of roughly 97.8%. The company emphasizes that the planned 500 MW capacity is intended to be additional to the 11 MW already secured, signaling a long-term expansion strategy.

AZIO is deploying capital, equipment, and engineering resources toward the initial 11 MW phase, which includes additional compute containers, generation systems, electrical infrastructure, natural gas pipeline and metering work, fiber, and site improvements. Subsequent phases will focus on AI/GPU hosting, high-performance computing, and dedicated customer capacity, while also retaining designated capacity for company-operated Bitcoin mining. The campus also benefits from a Master Services Agreement with AT&T for dedicated enterprise fiber, with approximately $2.4 million committed to high-capacity connectivity.

Realizing the full planned capacity will require further generation, equipment, permitting, financing, and customer commitments. This phased approach allows AZIO to scale infrastructure in alignment with market demand and available resources.

The significance of this announcement lies in the strategic positioning of AZIO within the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure sector. By securing power and land in Texas, a state known for its favorable energy market and business climate, AZIO is capitalizing on the increasing need for data centers and compute capacity. This move could attract customers seeking reliable, power-backed hosting solutions for AI and high-performance computing applications.

AZIO AI Holdings, formerly Envirotech Vehicles, Inc., is building an integrated compute infrastructure platform that spans GPU and compute system sales, energy-backed AI and high-density compute infrastructure, hosting, and company-operated Bitcoin mining. Through Project Atlas, the company is developing behind-the-meter, power-backed campuses in Texas to support power-intensive workloads as additional generation, connectivity, and customer commitments are secured.
