Ares Strategic Mining Management Invests Nearly $1 Million, Signaling Confidence Ahead of Production and Government Deliveries

Ares Strategic Mining Inc. (CSE: ARS) (OTCQX: ARSMF) (FRA: N8I1) announced that members of management and insiders have committed approximately $990,112.65 to acquire about 3.53 million common shares at a deemed price of $0.28 per share. The investment reflects confidence in the company's transformation from a development-stage entity into an emerging producer, with active mining at the Lost Sheep Mine, growing ore stockpiles, and construction progress on both the Lumps Plant and Acidspar Flotation Plant.

The capital infusion comes as Ares pursues multiple catalysts, including continued mine production, advancement toward processing operations, development of domestic acidspar production capacity, and execution of government contract opportunities. The company recently secured a fluorspar supply contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, positioning Ares as a strategic critical mineral supplier within the United States.

James Walker, President and CEO, stated that management believes the company's operational progress, strategic assets, government relationships, and production trajectory are not fully reflected in current market valuation. The investment demonstrates commitment to creating long-term value alongside shareholders.

Ares also renewed its engagement with Pivotal CM Limited for investor communications, digital strategy, and marketing initiatives. Under the arrangement, approximately US$356,250 of services will be satisfied through issuance of common shares at market price, subject to regulatory approvals. Additionally, the company settled $69,046.47 of debt by issuing 246,595 common shares at $0.28 per share to Prospero and Craven Capital.

In board changes, Lorenzo Esteva stepped down following public commentary regarding his prior regulatory history. The company noted that certain statements contained misrepresentation, and Esteva's lawyer clarified that he voluntarily resigned FINRA registrations and disputed most allegations. Ares expressed regret over inaccurate publications that led to his departure.

The Lost Sheep Fluorspar Project in Delta, Utah, is 100% owned, fully permitted, and spans 5,982 acres with 353 claims. A NI 43-101 Technical Report identified extensive high-grade fluorspar with low impurities. The company cautions that it is proceeding with production without establishing mineral reserves supported by a feasibility study, which carries higher risk, though industrial mineral ventures often involve simpler operations.

Forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially from expectations. The company disclaims any obligation to update such information except as required by law.
